About the Job
We are seeking a Full-time Medical Front Desk Administrative Assistant, to become a part of the CPS Team! Our ideal candidate would be dependable, professional and have a passion for creating an exceptional customer service experience along with outstanding communication skills. They must also have the ability to give attention to detail and multi-task while maintaining a warm, friendly and caring presence.
- Create an outstanding customer service experience for our patients.
- Answer incoming calls & Schedule appointments.
- Greet patients on arrival and check out when leaving.
- Gather patient information & insurance information.
- Enter demographics into the management system.
- Collect payments and record with accuracy.
- Keep reception area and administrative area welcoming for patients.
- Communicate patient needs with appropriate physicians and staff.
- Be willing to perform additional tasks as needed.
- Passionate about creating a great customer/patient experience.
- Strong organizational & computer skills.
- Professional attitude and presence.
- Detail-oriented with attention to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Thrives in a busy environment with a strong ability to multi-task.
- Dependable.
- Must be able to travel between our Virginia and Chevy Chase office.
- 3 years previous experience working in a medical office.
- Associates or Bachelors Degree.
