Medical Front Desk at Creative Financial Staffing

Medical Front Desk:

Looking for someone interested in the health field who is a hard worker, quick learner, fast action implementer, team player, communicate well, extremely friendly, and love to work with people and make a difference in healthcare. This person will handle all incoming communication and should be able to work together with others to achieve the best possible outcome for all our clients patients.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure front desk tasks are taken care of in a timely manner
• Ensure all patients are scheduled accordingly
• The ability to communicate with medical personnel for necessary documentations and patient follow up
• Ability to answer multiple calls a day
• Ensuring all documentation is noted in patient accounts
• Checking office emails and responding
• Verifying insurance and data entry
• Obtaining insurance authorizations in a timely manner

Preferred Qualifications:

• Great customer service skills
• Professional on the phone and in person
• Computer skills including emailing and data entry
• 1+ years in an administrative role

The Administrative Assistant role is fully onsite in Ravenna, OH with a pay range of $17- $18 depending on experience.
