About the Job
A full-service medical group is seeking a Bilingual Front Office Assistant to join their busy office. This role is integral to our patient care team, as you will be responsible for assisting over 100 patients daily.
Responsibilities include managing heavy front desk duties, greeting and checking in/out patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, verifying patient eligibility and benefits, handling authorizations, and assisting with patient intake tasks as needed. Must be a team player.
Pay Rate: $21.00/hr.
Shift: Monday – Saturday / 8:00AM – 5:00PM
Location: Los Angeles, CA
