We are looking for a friendly and energetic candidate with strong organizational and communication skills who wants to be part of a growing company in Atlanta. This candidate will help communicate with multiple personal injury law firms and manage portions of cases.

Your efforts will be of significant importance to our team and clients. The position is based in our office located at 2970 Brandywine Rd. Chamblee, GA 30341.

Previous experience in intake or case management is preferred. Candidates must assist with phone calls, communicate with multiple personal injury law firms, and coordinate scheduling with medical providers.  

Job Responsibilities:

• Evaluate prospective client inquiries and phone calls, analyzing their case fit and making sure they feel supported
• Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow caseloads
• Supervise new client onboarding and current client files through data entry and paperwork collection to ensure cases are managed efficiently
• Work with marketing to collaborate on outbound sales tactics and partnerships with other law firms in order to help bring in new cases
• Perform miscellaneous clerical tasks as needed, including transcription, research, spreadsheet management, and email writing to ensure operational efficiency

Position Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and technology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment
• Strong attention to detail 
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel
• Excellent data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
• Previous legal experience a plus

Salary: $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience
