Connected Health Care is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated full-time Medical Laboratory Technologist or Medical Technologist (MT/MLT) to join our partner's healthcare team in Newton, KS. 

In your first few weeks in this Medical Laboratory Technician role, you can expect to:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory tests on various specimens
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments
• Analyse and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and quality control
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide valuable insights and recommendations
• Adhere to established laboratory policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

To apply for this Medical Laboratory Technologist role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. You will also require the following:

• ASCP certification or equivalent (MT/MLT)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician
• Proficiency in performing laboratory tests and operating equipment
• Good attention to detail and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
