We are currently seeking a part-time Medical Lab Technologist (MLT or MT-certified) to join our Fertility Team at our Spartanburg location. This role requires availability from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with the potential to transition to full-time in the future.
We are looking for an outgoing and compassionate professional with lab experience, including strong phlebotomy and specimen processing skills, quality assurance (QA), quality control (QC), and the ability to multi-task in a customer-focused environment. Experience in a medical setting is preferred.

Licensing/Certification:
Certification as an MLT or MA by a nationally recognized agency, such as ASCP or ABB
Responsibilities:
* Entering lab tests per physicians orders
* Performing endocrine testing on a Tosoh
* Performing andrology testing
* Reporting lab values to the physicians, nurses, and patients
* Helping patients navigate through the fertility process and visits
* QA and QC on lab equipment
