Medical Office Assistant--CNA - Provisional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with medical office experience to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a specialty office located in Spokane, WA. MUST have medical office experience!

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Assist with patient check in/out
• Help maintain a clean and safe environment for patients
• Document patient information accurately in electronic health records systems such as EPIC
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of patient care strategies.

Requirements

• Certification as a Nursing Assistant--Washington State
• Basic life support certification is required
• Strong skills in patient care and service with a focus on compassion and empathy.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner, is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with patients of all ages and backgrounds.

Position is FT, Mon-Friday 8am-5pm. Salary is DOE $19-$27.55 p/hr.
