Fort Worth Vein Center opened in March 2021 as a dedicated practice for venous and lymphatic diseases; Dr. Oswalt started Fort Worth Vein Center because of increasing need in the area. We are in our fourth year and thriving. Our patients give us very high ratings in our care and our office operations.

Your schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 am – 5 pm (closed on Friday)

Your mission & responsibilities as Medical Office Assistant:

You will be the first person to see and interact with every patient that comes through our door. You will be the face they remember and should be a welcoming site for them.

Some of our Medical Office Assistant’s duties and responsibilities are:

• Greeting patients
• Scheduling patients
• Answering the phone
• Counseling patients
• Managing office visits
• Learning the electronic medical records administrative side
• Making the patients feel at ease.

Required experience and qualifications:

• College degree NOT necessary.
• Prior medical office experience.
• MA experience is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Computer skills necessary.
