About the Job
Advanced healthcare integration is a mobile provider service with a goal to decrease hospital readmissions. We are looking to hire a highly dedicated, detail oriented people with drive to help our company grow.
This position will receive incoming referrals and create provider schedule for home visits. Patients must be seen in a 24-48 hour time frame. You’ll also be responsible for chart preparation and communication with providers. Having a medical assistant background is highly preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Open to Part-time
Salary: Starting From $13.00 per hour

- In Home Healthcare Post Hospital Discharge
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday (Looking to at least fill Tuesdays and Thursdays
Ability to commute to office
- Melbourne, FL 32940: Reliably commute
Experience:
- EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
- Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
