Saint Luke’s Cardiovascular Consultants in Overland Parkis seekinga Medical Office Specialist to join our team. You willwork to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances,whilemaintaininga pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
Shift Details: Full Time Day
Responsibilities:
Answersthe telephone
Communicatesmessages through email or Epic
Greets,registers,andschedulespatient appointments
Collectspatient copayments
Makesappointment reminder calls
Verifiesinsurance and other patient data isaccurate
Scansand/or uploadspatient information topatientselectronic chart
We are seeking individuals whoare able toprovide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office including:medical records,scheduling,insurance verification,patient referrals,etc. and the ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.
