Medical Partnerships Director (Sales) - Sollis Health

About the Job
We are looking for a Director of Medical Partnerships to join our team in South Florida, specifically Palm Beach and Boca Raton. This position reports directly to the VP of Medical Partnerships. This individual will be responsible for achieving sales goals, establishing relationships with medical and marketing partners, and building an external medical partner customer base who want to offer Sollis membership to their practice.
Candidates must live in commutable distance to Palm Beach and Boca Raton. While this role is mainly remote, you must be able to meet with Medical Partners frequently, attend Sollis events, tour our locations etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with local specialty medical providers to grow the Sollis membership through referrals
- Establish and lead regional B2B sales business, overseeing new business from lead generation through closing
- Establish medical specialist partners for our members to be referred out to
- Develop and implement new sales strategies and promotions, catered to the local market
- Work with marketing team to create events, press, publicity and any necessary materials to close new sales
- Build and establish marketing partnerships with value-add brands in the health, wellness and luxury space
- Ensure that sales team continues to act as an advocate for patients in receiving excellent care and delivering on our brand promise
- Must travel to meet with Medical Partners frequently
- Perform related duties as requested
Requirements:
We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years proven track record of exceeding sales goals in the enterprise or medical sales space
- Strong physician relationships in the Southern Florida (Boca and Palm Beach) market is preferred
- Strong background in planning and executing effective sales strategies in a regional market
- Prospecting, cold calling and contract negotiation skills
- Experience managing sales team a plus
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think and work independently, effectively and efficiently
- Creative thinker who can generate novel ways to access contacts and generate leads when traditional strategies aren't working
- High proficiency with Salesforce, data visualization and tracking of individual (and team) progress towards goals
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
