Medical Receptionist (18-20$/HR) at TEKsystems

Career Opportunity: 

Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. 

Location: FERNDALE MI (100% ONSITE)

Must Have: 1 year of Prior Medical Office Insurance related experience

Terms: Long-term Permanent

Pay: Negotiable

Job Overview: Performing as a Medical Receptionist - which include Administrative and Customer Service duties.

Essential Job Functions:

Manage a variety of high-volume incoming and outgoing calls regarding new

and/or existing members medical equipment or supply needs!

·       

Verify and answer insurance coverage questions regarding products they are

eligible for and what costs will look like.

·       

Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and

financial information.

·       

Speaks with caregivers, doctors, insurance companies, and other outside

providers regarding member account and product needs.

·      

Documentation creation and follow up to ensure necessary documentation on file.
