About the Job
Description:
- Responsible for checking in all patients.
- Verify insurance, collect co-pays
- Maintaining up-to-date patient records and information utilizing NextGen
- Confirm patients completed pre-check work. If not, receptionists will walk through pre-work and ensure all information and requirements are submitted and completed.
- Schedule follow-up appointments after seeing the doctor as needed
- Maintain upkeep of the office, ensure waiting rooms, office space, and bathrooms are clean and stocked
- Other administrative duties as assigned
- Answer and respond to all incoming emails and phone calls
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong tenure, 6+ months are each role
- Customer Service Experience (open to retail background)
- Pay is $18/hr if Bilingual
