Medical Receptionist Overview:

We are looking for a friendly and organized Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality. You will play a vital role in scheduling, managing patient records, and assisting with billing inquiries to ensure seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities of the Medical Receptionist:

• Greet and check-in patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and supported.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous manner.
• Maintain patient records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with billing and insurance inquiries.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize appointment schedules.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Qualifications of the Medical Receptionist:

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in eClinical EMR is a must.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and EHR systems is required.

Skills:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate patient service.

Shift:

• Typically 8 AM - 5 PM or 9 AM - 6 PM (flexible to candidate needs).
• Requires occasional rotation of evening shifts until 7 PM

Salary & Benefits Offered for Medical Receptionist:

• $18-19/hr
• Once Hired Permanently Health Insurance, PTO, and Holiday Pay.

Location:

Jupiter, FL

Hours:

Monday - Friday, typically 8 AM - 5 PM

(10 AM - 7 PM once a month, Monday-Wednesday rotated with coworkers. From Tuesday-Friday, the schedule follows normal shifts).
