ADAPT is looking to add to its family of employees. Seeking a part time receptionist with some knowledge of billing and insurances to assist the billing department.
The Medical Receptionist is responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate staff, greeting and checking in and scheduling all patients for office appointments, including paperwork for patients to fill out, scanning insurance cards, entering all demographic information into the electronic health record, entering referrals for office visits into EMR, scanning for staff as needed, assisting the billing department, other duties as assigned, and working closely with professionals and staff.
