Salary: $36,000
Educational Requirements: High School Education, experience working in health care setting.
Duties/Responsibilities: Support agency by auditing medical record documentation to ensure that record meets required accreditation standards and Kentucky administrative regulations, as well as what is required by Medicare and Medicaid.
Special Experience or Skill Set required: Must be extremely organized, with attention to detail. Able to effectively communicate with service providers, supervisors, and support staff. Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel, knowledge EHR software platform.
