We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Medical Sales Account Executive to help us expand our $600 million healthcare business. This role is perfect for someone with experience in respiratory services, durable medical equipment (DME), home medical equipment, negative pressure therapy, or wound care sales.
As a Sales Executive, you will engage in face-to-face sales calls with key stakeholders in the medical community, including doctors, hospitals, sleep labs, wound care clinics, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies, and other referral sources. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships while meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will also educate clients on our services, respiratory equipment, and medications, helping to drive growth in your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare providers to drive product awareness and sales.
- New Business Development: Target and secure new accounts, expanding our customer base within your territory.
- Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Education & Marketing: Educate clients and prospects about our services and products, ensuring they have the knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions.
- Market Expansion: Promote and sell respiratory equipment, medical supplies, and wound care products to new and existing clients.
- Territory Management: Manage your assigned territory, ensuring regular contact with referral sources and timely follow-ups.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Base Salary: $45K - $55K
- Commission: Lucrative commission structure with uncapped earnings potential

- Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred but not required
- Leadership experience in sales or related fields is a plus
- Proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and multitask
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and internet navigation
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using and understanding medical equipment and supplies
- Ability to lift and carry office equipment when needed
- Requires sitting, standing, walking, talking, and listening throughout the day
- Ability to read small print on computer screens and documents
- Comfortable using office equipment (fax machine, copier, printer, phone, tablet, etc.)
