Schedule: Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM - Thursday 12PM-8PM

Job Description:

As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience. Your

responsibilities will include:

• Patient Check-In and Check-Out: Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
• Insurance Verification: Accurately verify patient insurance information and update records as necessary.
• Referral Management: Obtain and process referrals when required, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
• Document Handling: Efficiently fax and scan forms, maintaining organized and up-to-date patient records.
• Phone Communication: Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries and directing calls as needed.
• Appointment Scheduling: Schedule patient appointments, coordinating with medical staff to optimize the clinic’s schedule.
