We are seeking a passionate, highly skilled Inpatient Registered Nurse to join our team in the Medical industry. This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier nursing care in one of the following departments of your choice, including Stepdown, Lactation, MSICU, CSICU, Orthopaedic, Bariatric Surgery, General Surgery, Oncology Infusion, and the Operating Room.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with demonstrated proficiency in the required skillset.
3. Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
4. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
5. Experience in a variety of clinical settings, including Stepdown, Lactation, MSICU, CSICU, Orthopaedic, Bariatric Surgery, General Surgery, Oncology Infusion, and Operating Room.
6. Exceptional clinical skills with the ability to work well in high-pressure situations.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with patients, their families, and healthcare team members.
8. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
9. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with the latest advancements in nursing care.
