Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the delivery of patient care, support rehabilitation efforts, and ensure the smooth operation of our medical services. Your contributions will be vital in helping our residents achieve their recovery goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine medical tests and procedures, including vital signs monitoring, blood draws, and sample collection.
- Assist nursing staff with patient care tasks, including feeding, bathing, and mobility assistance.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Medical Technician or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to high-quality care.
- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting.
- Must complete at least 1000 hours of work experience in a nursing home as NAC
- Must complete Nurse Delegation Core and Diabetes training
