Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their healthcare priorities and provide clear guidance on Medicare options and coverage.
- Deliver informative presentations and support clients through the Medicare enrollment process, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
- Foster long-term relationships with clients by offering ongoing assistance and addressing any questions or issues regarding their Medicare plans.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in line with industry guidelines.
- Keep informed of Medicare policies, plan updates, and industry trends to provide clients with the most relevant advice.
- Experience in Medicare sales, as an insurance agent, or in a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address client concerns.
- Knowledge of Medicare compliance and industry standards is a plus.
