What You’ll Do:

• Dispense medication in accordance with doctors’ orders and state regulations—like a boss!
• Keep a watchful eye on residents’ responses to medications and report any changes—staying vigilant as the days get shorter.
• Provide a helping hand with daily activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support—ensuring residents feel comfortable and cared for as the weather cools.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team—keeping the warmth of connection strong, even as temperatures drop.
• Keep detailed records of all medication administration and resident care activities—keeping everything in order, just like fall leaves.

What You Bring:

• A high school diploma or equivalent—you gotta have a degree, peeps!
• Completion of a state-approved Medication Aide training program—because nobody wants a rookie around meds.
• Certification as a Medication Aide - MA-C in the state of Ohio—no exceptions!
• Previous healthcare experience is a bonus (and we love bonuses!).
