Meeting and Event Coordinator - INTECON

Overview: Location: Government Site in Wright Patterson AFB. Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 a year. Job Posting Estimated Close Date: 8/2/2024 INTECON, LLC is seeking highly motivated Meeting and Event Coordinator to join its team and manage the organization and execution of group meetings, events, workshops, and conventions. The candidate must possess an active secret security clearance and have experience with USAF event coordination processes, planning, and execution. Mandatory Requirements: + Must possess an active Secret clearance Key Responsibilities: + Coordinate activities of staff, convention personnel, or clients to make arrangements for group meetings, events, workshops, or conventions. + Coordinate with other relevant organizations, as identified by AFRL/RS, on event process, planning, and execution. + Develop documents to engage industry and other stakeholders for inputs to plan engagements. + Develop a schedule for briefings and ensure timeliness of the event. + Coordinate and correlate briefing materials for engagement events. + Attend and act as AFRL/RS lead for planning meetings. + Develop methods to gather feedback from SMEs and the industry. + Conduct briefing material overview/edits and submit to AFRL Public Affairs Office as needed. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field. + 3-5 years of experience in planning and executing large-scale events. + Strong coordination and communication skills. + Secret clearance required.
