Responsibilities
As a Member Contact Center Representative at our Member Contact Center located on St. Clair Avenue in Cleveland, your day is spent answering incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding member accounts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment. As one of the voices of our credit union, you make sure that your warm smile and helpful attitude comes through in every phone and digital interaction.
You'll assist member with:
- Basic banking tasks including looking up account info, posting transfers, processing card orders, and processing wire transfers
- Education on products and services that we offer including banking services, IRAs, and loans
- Uncovering needs and cross-selling financial products
QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MEMBER CONTACT CENTER REPRESENTATIVE
- Proficiency with technology including computers, tablets, and general office equipment
- Ability to pass a credit and criminal background check
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Previous credit union or banking experience is preferred
- Previous sales experience is preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
This position typically works Monday-Saturday with a rotating day off each week. The contact center hours include 7:45am to 5:15p Monday, Tuesday, Friday; 7:45am - 4:15pm on Wednesday, 7:45am - 6:15pm on Wednesday, and 8:15am -1:15pm on Saturday.
