About the Job
We are seeking a Member Operations Support Coordinator for the MOS Process Support Department.
The Coordinator role is accountable for providing direct service to the Member Operations Support (MOS) Senior Manager, direct reports of the MOS Senior Manager, and other Senior Managers and leadership teams as agreed to and managed by Service Level Agreements. Additionally, the role will provide operational and project support for MOS division initiatives.
This role handles a wide range of administrative, support, and reporting duties in service to division management, internal Credit Human stakeholders, and third parties. The objective is to proactively find ways to respond to the requirements of particular situations or people in such a way that both the presenting and the underlying complexities are served and to listen for the unspoken as well as the spoken needs of the management support. An inquisitive nature and independence are required from the incumbent

Highlights:
- Evaluate the needs of service receivers utilizing analytical skills and a broad understanding of business concepts, and acting accordingly by taking the initiative to bring together appropriate resources to provide support in addressing issues
- Anticipate potential problems that could impact Senior Manager support and coordinating solutions by considering its risk, importance, urgency, and potential business and organizational implications
- Assist with the preparation of the budget, expense analysis, and research
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for Managers and other service receivers
- Ensure successful setup and provision for division-sponsored conferences and events
- Stay abreast of organizational changes and how they impact the supported division’s administrative operational processes and procedures
Experience:
Required
- 3 years of experience supporting senior and mid-level management
Preferred
- Financial services industry experience
Education:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred
- Completion of at least 2 years of college-level coursework
Skills & Knowledge:
Required
- Proven track record of results, effective coordination of multiple projects, execution, and follow-up
- Exceptional time-management, planning, and administrative skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work with and influence key stakeholders, and ability to cultivate strong relationships
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload
- Able to be highly responsive, manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- Highly effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, to convey key messages to diverse audiences
- Superior integrity; The job requires an individual to exercise sound judgment and use discretion in managing confidential information
- Willingness to take on any tasks with flexibility and creativity
- Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) to support role responsibilities, including data gathering and data analysis

- Working knowledge of Smartsheet
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-5:30 pm
