While demonstrating Organizational Excellence, you will be responsible for the following outcomes:
- Provide best in market service to the membership
- Offer products, services and financial solutions to the membership
- Meet cross-sell, deposit and loan production goals
- Accurately process deposit and loan accounts for the membership
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of Associates degree, desired
- One year experience as a customer service representative with a financial institution
- Proven track record in loan origination, sales and member service
- Knowledge of financial deposit and loan products
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Present a professional image to the member and the community
- Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
