Member Service Representative 1-Float - Our Community Credit Union

As a Member Service Representative, you and your team will provide OCCU's members with the high-quality member service that keeps them coming back to OCCU for their financial needs!

You may thrive as a Member Service Representative if you:

• Enjoy interacting with people and making them smile
• Have a knack for maintaining accuracy while working with numbers
• Embrace the challenge of problem-solving and finding solutions

Your day may include:

• Greeting members and nurturing relationships with them
• Performing transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, issuing cashier's checks, etc.
• Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research
• Offering OCCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs
• Maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts
• Assisting the Lead MSR and MSR Supervisor with related duties as requested

You might be a great fit if you have:

• Customer service experience
• Cash handling experience
• Strong communication skills
