About the Job
As a Member Service Representative, you and your team will provide OURCU's members with the high-quality member service that keeps them coming back to OURCU for their financial needs!

Your day may include:
- Greeting members and nurturing relationships with them
- Performing transactions such as deposits and withdrawals, cash advances, transfers, issuing cashier's checks, etc.
- Responding to member inquiries and performing relevant research
- Offering OURCU products and services when it may be beneficial to the member and their specific needs
- Maintaining confidentiality regarding member accounts
- Assisting the Lead MSR and MSR Supervisor with related duties as requested
You might be a great fit if you have:
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Bilingual skills, fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus!
