About the Job
Who We Are
Girl Scouts-Arizona Cactus-Pine Council (GSACPC) is a non-profit, 501 (c)(3) organization that serves 11,000 girls in grades K-12 across central and northern Arizona. Girl Scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place. With the help of over 6,000 incredible adult volunteers, we provide girls with a sense of belonging and create safe spaces for them to try new things. Our work is girl-centered and mission-focused.
Our powerful mission is just the beginning of an employees experience at GSACPC, as they quickly fall in love with our company culture. We start meetings with full-stop moments and check-ins. Everyone is encouraged to bring their whole and authentic selves to conversations. We host monthly all-staff leadership experiences and celebrate big and small wins along the way. We believe in working hard and practicing self-care by taking time off. Our identities, backgrounds, and experiences are just as diverse as the girls we serve. Some staff grew up in Girl Scouting, while others happily experience it with their children. At the same time, we employ many whose first interaction with Girl Scouts began with their candidate interview. We create space for all these perspectives as each brings value to our mission.
