Membership Sales Advisor and Group Fitness Coach - Mayweather Boxing & Fitness - Ovideo, FL

The Mayweather Boxing Fitness Sales Advisor and Group Fitness Coach is responsible for leading our signature studio classes and delivering a high energy, motivating workouts that inspires our participants to empower their inner champion and help curate an amazing experience for current and potential Members. Membership Advisors and Coaches are expected to be outgoing, passionate, motivated, prepared, passionate about helping others achieve a fit healthy lifestyle. They should be team oriented and dedicated to offering a premium member experience. They are critical in helping keep members engaged by teaching a phenomenal class, following up with tremendous customer service. The Membership sales advisor and Coach will reach out to members via phone, text and email. They will also be hosting Mayweather Boxing Fitness approved events. Daily responsibilities include: 

- Begin and end shifts/classes on time.

- Arrive 30 minutes before their scheduled class.

- All Sales Advisors and Coaches are responsible for cleaning the studio after each class, unless there is another class immediately following.

- Greet all Members and orient new participants.

- Foster a fun, positive, community-based environment.

- Instruct class according to the ability level of the members participating.

- Set-up and clean-up equipment neatly and properly.

- Be able to perform and demonstrate exercises in class with modifications as needed.

- Promote classes.

- Educate Members on Studio wearable technology.

- Interface with visiting guests and new Members.

- Comply with all Mayweather Boxing Fitness company policies and procedures.

- Participate in all company events, meetings, etc.

- Engage in Member events, competitions, and activations.

- Make daily calls to Members to engage and book them into classes.

- Strong potential for upward mobility.

- Engage with First time Prospects before their complimentary class begins. This contact should be based on the Mayweather Oviedo Sales Play.

- Engage with First time Prospects after class and conduct the “hand off” based on the Mayweather Oviedo Sales Play.
