Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads into gym memberships through proactive outreach, walk-ins, and referrals.
- Conduct gym tours for prospective members, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
- Build relationships with prospective and current members to understand their fitness needs and encourage long-term memberships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the gym.
- Participate in local community events and partner promotions to boost membership sales.
