Mental Health Clinician / School Based Social Worker - Tandym

A multidisciplinary School Program is looking for Clinician to join their team in Fulton NY!

Responsibilities:

• Show proficiency in assessing and providing treatment to children, youth, and families.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, including both structured and process groups, in various environments, tailored to the needs of clients and within the Clinician's qualifications.
• Based on experience, offer clinical guidance and training to staff members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the service plan, demonstrating the ability to effectively and concisely communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling with a valid NYS Professional license.
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant clinical experience working with youth and families facing mental health challenges.
• Thorough understanding of provided services, strong advocacy skills, and knowledge of payment processes.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and meet agency driving standards.
• Licensed or permit eligible upon hire.
