Job Title: Mental Health Counselor

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couple, family, and group therapies to diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents.
• Develop goal-oriented Individualized Treatment Plans (IATPs) that are strength-based and recovery-oriented for all assigned clients.
• Maintain accurate and quality documentation of client progress and treatment within 48 hours.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Valid state licensure (LPC, LCSW, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in mental health counseling preferred.
