This will include individual and group therapy, coaching, case management and crisis management + Document clinical interactions in the medical chart + Prepare recovery plans for patients enrolled in the King County RSN + Screen patients for the program. This will include taking direct referrals, referral from in-patient units and other clinicians in the community + Work with patients' families and social networks + Coordinate medication services with team's medical staff + Testify in judicial proceedings in response to subpoenas **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS** + A master's degree in behavioral sciences, such as psychology, psychiatric nursing, occupational therapy, vocational or educational counseling, or social work + OR bachelor's degree in nursing or a behavioral science AND three years of experience in the direct delivery of professional mental health care. + **Registration as either a Licensed Social Worker, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor by the State of Washington within 6 months of employment** + Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration. **ABOUT HARBORVIEW MEDICAL CENTER** As the region's only Level I Trauma and verified burn center, Harborview Medical Center is a comprehensive healthcare facility owned by King County and operated by UW Medicine.
