What You Will Do:
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide accurate diagnoses.
- Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans.
- Perform therapy sessions in-person and via telehealth.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to promote client well-being.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation in a timely manner.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation: $40-$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
- Flexible scheduling, with a requirement to work a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.
- Monthly supervision meetings to support your clinical development.

Who You Are:
- Fully licensed in North Carolina (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LPC) or holding an associate license with supervision.
- At least two years’ experience in private practice or a clinical setting.
- A Master's Degree in a human service field.
- Committed to meeting our caseload minimum policy.
- Capable of becoming credentialed to receive third-party/private pay insurance.
- Independent yet collaborative, ideally already paneled with insurance companies.
