Our full-service network provides a variety of Primary Care & Priority Care Services, including Family, Internal, Geriatric, and Pediatric Medicine, in addition to several specialties to deliver custom care based on the unique needs of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Extensive training and orientation program
- Collaborates with Emergency Department team to provide mental health and substance abuse support and interventions for our patients
- Assists with mental health and substance abuse patient triage and level of care determinations
- Assists patients with mental health and substance abuse system navigation
- Bridges patients from the ED to other services such as Inpatient, Partial Hospital, Outpatient
- Supports hospital staff during and following crisis situations as part of our Behavioral Crisis Response Team
- Thrives in high-paced and active clinical environment, supporting patients in acute crisis situations
Experience
Prefer three years of post license experience in a mental health/addiction recovery or related field. Certification and experience with multi-occurring disorders a plus.
Education/Licensure
Minimum of a Masters degree from an accredited educational institution in Counseling, Social Work, Nursing or other related behavioral health field is required.
