Mental Health Therapist II: BBS registered
Mental Health Therapist III: BBS licensed
- BBS registration required - AMFT, LMFT, ACSW, LCSW, APCC, LPCC.
- Experience providing mental health services to youth or young adults.
- Ability to connect with adolescents and young adults while maintaining effective professional boundaries
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organization, time management and clinical documentation skills.
- Conducts Behavioral Health Assessments and completes Treatment Plans.
- Provides individual, family and group counseling.
- Provides case coordination with other professionals including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, psychologists, IEP coordinators, schools, social workers, etc.
- Provides crisis management consultation and education, with a specific goal of removing barriers to a sustainable living environment.
- Participates in individual weekly and group supervision.
- Participates in quality assurance review processes and maintain county documentation standards.
- Completes other duties as assigned.
- Full time non-exempt position
- Monday -Thursday, 10 hour shifts (8:45AM - 7:15 PM)
- Tuesday -Friday, 10 hour shifts (8:45AM - 7:15 PM)
Compensation:
- Mental Health Therapist II: BBS registered, $30.00 - $33.00 / hour (DOE)
- Mental Health Therapist III: BBS licensed, $32.29 - $35.00/ hour (DOE)
Salary will commensurate with experience and education. Differential pay offered for bilingual skills. EEO.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with a good driving record.
- Willing to use own, properly insured, reliable vehicle for the job (mileage reimbursed).
- Employment subject to clearances, including background finger printing checks, driving record, tuberculosis testing, and drug testing.
