We are excited to add LCSW-Cs for our Maryland clinics who are passionate and motivated to provide psychotherapy and to collaborate with the other disciplines to increase a patient's holistic and positive experience through this integrated model of treatment.

We will provide you the following support services so that you can focus solely on individual psychotherapy sessions with your patients:
- We will provide you with a steady annual salary that is not based on how many patients you see in a day or payor reimbursement rates.
- We will credential you with all the payors to ensure patients with all insurances can receive your help.
- We will find your patients so you don't need to do any marketing or recruit referrals
- We will schedule your patients and our support staff will use assertive engagement techniques to decrease no-shows on your schedule.
- We will complete the patient intake and consents leaving you to provide sessions solely focused on providing clinical assessments and support.
- We will review your notes and clinical assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- We will file claims for the patients you see, no need to access multiple provider networks to process claims.
- We will provide you with weekly case consult opportunities with other Behavioral Health Specialists and 1:1 weekly support with your supervisor but the autonomy to treat your patients as you clinically see fit.
- We will provide you with caring, energetic and professional colleagues from multiple disciplines to collaboratively treat patients in an integrative health care team model.
Education/Experience:
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or University in Social Work

Certification/Registration/Licensure:
- Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW)
- Ability to be independently credentialed with collaborating partners
- Ability to pass criminal background and all mandatory exclusions lists checks
- Current CPR
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Complete thorough biopsychosocial assessments, formulated DSM-5-TR diagnostic assessments and diagnosis along with creating a SMART Treatment plan for patients served.
- Provide individual psychotherapy on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly basis based on the assessed need and in collaboration with the patient.
- Comprehensively gather psychosocial data to understand the patient’s readiness for treatment and change.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form to document assessments, treatment plans, and patient progress via treatment team, curbside consultation, in the assigned EHR system.
- Collaborate and consistently communicate professionally across multidisciplinary care teams while modeling Trauma Informed and Patient Centric framework, language, while utilizing a strengths based approach.
- Provide individual and group psychosocial education (in some locations) and intervention to patients while concurrently raising awareness of Social Determinants of Health and Chronic Disease Self Management in an integrated setting
- Complete pre-authorization, initial authorization and concurrent reviews as needed by each insurance payor (outpatient services) to ensure behavioral health services are authorized.
- Knowledge of and fidelity to behavioral and ethical standards of conduct as it relates to professional mental health licensure in a medical setting.
