Hoffmann Counseling Services is seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our Outpatient team (Pre-licensed individuals welcome to apply). As a Mental Health Therapist in the Outpatient program, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services to individuals seeking mental health support on an outpatient basis. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the well-being of our community in an outpatient setting while working within a collaborative and client-centered environment.
Salary: Pre-licensed $31-$37 per hour
Licensed $40-$49 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively.
- Provide evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy to clients, addressing a range of mental health concerns.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and integrated care for clients receiving outpatient services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and relevant assessments.
- Implement crisis intervention and risk assessment strategies when necessary, prioritizing client safety and well-being.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in the mental health field and participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Engage in regular supervision sessions and contribute to team meetings to enhance the overall quality of care.
- Educate clients on coping strategies, stress management, and other psychoeducational topics to enhance their overall mental health.
- Advocate for clients and assist in connecting them with additional support services as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Current, or on track for, state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent).
- Proven experience in providing outpatient mental health services.
- Strong clinical assessment and therapeutic intervention skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Cultural competence and sensitivity to the needs of diverse populations.
- Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and confidentiality.
- Training in DC 0-5(Preferred)
