Job Summary:
The Mental Health Therapist role at Natalis is a full-time position that will be responsible for providing direct outpatient mental health services as an LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC. The person in this role must hold excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter, be able to work with a diverse team, and possess excellent communication skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat diverse clients according to best practice standards, including psychological evaluations and psychotherapy interventions for clients.
- Provide supervision in our training programs and to pre-licensed clinicians
- Complete documentation of clients in a timely manner.
- Attend 4 clinical consultation groups per month
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work a clinical caseload of 28 direct service hours per week
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team
- Maintain a positive attitude
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail
- Great prioritization skills
- Empathic to client needs and concerns
Education and Experience:
- LP, LICSW, LMFT, LPCC – or eligible for licensure
- Pre-licensed supervision provided
- Supervisory experience
