Join our team as an MEP BIM Manager and play a key role in applying cutting-edge Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to influence iconic projects in the South Florida area. We need someone with strong interpersonal skills, tech-savvy problem-solving abilities, and leadership qualities to contribute to the success of our designs.

Position Responsibilities

• Collaborate with our team of MEPFP design professionals plus our clients such as Architects, and other consultants (structural engineers, civil engineers, interior designers) to provide coordinated construction models and documents of the buildings.

• Review 3D models in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks, ensuring graphical quality, accuracy of systems, and clash detection.

• Facilitate BIM kickoff and weekly coordination meetings with staff and coordinate with clients.

• Manage our template and families and resolve constructability challenges.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM360 Coordinate.

• 3+ years of experience in using Revit for mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems installation.

• Experience in BIM facilitation.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to generate creative solutions.
