As a separately branded entity of the AECOM Construction Management group, LBG operates independently with its own management structures and resources. **Job Description** The Leeding Builders Group, division of AECOM, has an immediate opportunity for an MEP Project Manager for our exciting projects across New York City. + Provides overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies. + Provides technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, maintains close client interface, and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. + Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project. **Qualifications** **Minimum Requirement:** + BA/BS Construction Management, Engineering or related curriculum and 4 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. **Preferred Requirements:** + Experience in construction, specifically in the field of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing). + Experience from a large General Contractor. + Knowledge of construction project management, including software (CMIC). + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams). + Experience in high-rise construction. + Experience with construction documentation such as change order processing, RFP's, RFI's, etc. **Additional Information** + This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization now or in the future. + Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test. + This position does not include relocation. + This position is not hybrid or remote. Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications.
