MEP Project Manager - Marquee Staffing

Mid Size Engineering firm seeking experienced MEP Project Manager. Direct Hire Role
Pay: 100K-120KKey Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of MEP projects, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Collaboration: Work closely with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Budget and Schedule Management: Develop and manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring alignment with client expectations and project goals.
• Meetings and Updates: Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reviews and status updates to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project completion.
• Design Review: Review MEP design drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy, compliance, and quality assurance.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure MEP systems are installed, tested, and commissioned according to design standards, codes, and regulations.
• Team Leadership: Provide mentorship and support to project teams, including MEP engineers, designers, and technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Professional certification or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven experience as an MEP Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations (e.g., ASHRAE, NFPA, NEC).
• Proficiency in MEP design software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution abilities.
