Mercedes-Benz - Part Time Showroom Greeter/Receptionist - Rallye Mercedes

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premiere luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Part Time Showroom Receptionist/Greeter with Rallye Mercedes! We are seeking a reliable, motivated individual looking to join a team whose values are based in teamwork and delivering the highest caliber of customer service!

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and directing all clients who enter the showroom.
• Managing showroom traffic flow.
• Answering all incoming phone calls.
• Supporting the sales management and sales staff.
• Assisting in administrative tasks like scanning, filing, & data entry.
• Keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.

PAY RATE: $17.00 - $20.00

Requirements

• Minimum of one year of receptionist or customer service experience required.
• Availability to work on weekends required.
• Excellent customer service skills & communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, highly organized.
• Professional appearance and ability to work well with others
• Phone and computer skills required - experience with Google suite and Excel preferred.
