What You’ll Do:
As a Merchandise Manager – Brand, you will lead the execution of the brand prefix and channel vision, ensuring that each catalog's strategy aligns with our financial goals and customer experience objectives
This position is grounded in both analysis and creativity, requiring you to communicate brand vision(s), strategies, goals, and business plans to cross-business and cross-functional partners
By strategically determining product and promotional focuses for each catalog, you will create a compelling customer experience while delivering on planned business performance.
You’ll also be responsible for:
• Driving the overall strategy for each catalog, including product mix and promotional focuses, to ensure financial integrity and alignment with brand goals.
• Providing leadership that inspires and motivates the cross-category merchandising team toward a cohesive vision for key product focuses and messaging across channels and prefixes.
• Building strong working relationships, driving collaboration, empowering, and supporting cross-functional partners to enhance catalog performance.
• Creating catalog product focuses and flow strategies, accounting for the total brand experience that includes printed catalogs, digital communications, and merchandise.
• Visual merchandising of catalogs that balances the art of telling compelling product stories with the science of investing ad spend by product.
• Conducting Financial Planning and Analysis to understand and communicate the scope of the business, adapting creative tools to solve general business problems and ensure financial integrity.
• Partnering with Creative teams to ensure that creative message/execution aligns with brand objectives and enhances the customer experience.
• Managing calendars and processes to successfully deliver on seasonal planning milestones.
• Taking ownership of your development and seeking ways to continuously improve performance and knowledge.
