Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth transition of product page copy from inception to delivery within tight deadlines.
- Liaise effectively between internal teams and external vendors to guarantee project timelines are honored.
- Utilize Salesforce and Airtable for tracking and managing multiple media projects concurrently.
- Assist the Lead Copy Editor with timely updates from vendors and monitor delivery milestones.
- Oversee a high volume of content flow, maintaining accuracy and a keen attention to detail throughout the process.
- Remarkable organizational and project management capabilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite, with a strong preference for those experienced in Salesforce and Airtable.
- Exceptional multitasking and time management skills, with an ability to meet demanding deadlines.
- 5+ years in project management, preferably within a creative or hospitality-related field. Experience in handling operational workflows and multi-faceted project execution is critical.
- Experience or familiarity with content management systems is beneficial, alongside a passion for hospitality and creating engaging experiences for a diverse audience.
