We are seeking Merchandising Managers to support the customers of our hardgoods, home and apparel divisions

What You’ll Do:
As a Merchandising Manager, you’ll support the business by developing, leading, managing, and participating in various merchandising and design activities for the hardgoods, home or apparel division
In coordination with the Divisional Merchandising Manager and Brand Leaders, you’ll have responsibility for the financial profitability of lines within assigned categories
In addition, you’ll:
• Develop merchandise assortments for multiple brands within the Colony Brands portfolio based on sales data and market trends that support the brand strategies
• Convey product ideas to the divisional leaders and the cross functional team based on category needs
• Work with the sourcing team to build product that meets customer expectations and satisfies the brand KPI’s
• Initiate and manage consumer, market, industry, and competitor research to identify business opportunities while keeping a pulse on existing customers and understanding needs and expectations of prospective customers within assigned market segments
• Partner with key cross-functional partners (marketing, e-commerce, creative services, sourcing, planning, database analytics, finance, legal, customer service, IT, operations) to ensure category execution is on brand and delivers to business objectives
• Participate in high-level business discussions and decisions requiring an understanding of the scope of the business and adapting/using creative tools to solve general business problems
