Merchandising Manager - TDI LLC

Are you passionate about curating collections, creating customer-facing lookbooks and email marketing campaigns, and staying ahead of market trends? We are seeking an experienced and motivated Merchandising Manager to join our branded merchandise marketing team! This role will be responsible for curating collections, creating customer-facing lookbooks, webstore collections, and working with our email marketing to bring product ideas to our customers to meet their promotional needs.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop marketing collateral to highlight products relative to marketing campaigns.  

• Create compelling lookbooks, collections and copy that makes the connection between the products and the customer’s opportunity. 

• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging online, email and offline promotional materials. 

• Work with vendors to identify new product trends, special products or collection opportunities and access marketing tools and assistance.  

• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and maintain competitive positioning in the market 

• Partner with sales to identify trending core products, driving marketing efforts, and providing training for optimal sales performance 

• Analyze product and supplier performance to influence future decisions and optimize offerings 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:  

• 3-5 years of experience in merchandising management, ideally within the promotional products or related industry 

• Strong knowledge of the promotional products marketing including trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape 

• A proven track record in managing product lifecycles and driving revenue growth 

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to collaborate across teams 

• Experience with Anterra or Syncore a plus 

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to work at a desk and computer for prolonged periods 

• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally 

• Limited travel as needed
