Our client is a leading global law firm with offices across the US, Europe, and Asia. Their clients, ranging from entrepreneurs and emerging companies to Fortune 50 corporations, partner with them on transformative deals, complex IP and regulatory matters, and high-stakes litigation. They are committed to delivering the highest quality work and superior service on every matter entrusted to them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Transaction Database by inputting deal terms from signed deals and coordinating with the knowledge management team for audits and updates.
- Draft and revise template documents; curate and organize the M A group’s forms, precedents, and other know-how.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments related to M A practice; prepare summaries and alerts, and ensure new legal requirements are reflected in practice resources.
- Coordinate with the legal education team to create content for associate trainings and other firm-wide training initiatives related to M A.
- Collaborate with the M A marketing team to strategize on M A promotion, including creating content for pitches, presentations, and the M A blog.
- Assist attorneys with day-to-day requests for precedents, templates, and other resources.
- Participate in resource knowledge management and practice innovation projects.
Qualifications:
- A licensed attorney with at least 7 years of experience in a US M A corporate/transactional practice.
- Proficiency in public and private M A, corporate governance, and market trends.
- Strong drafting and organizational skills.
