Mgr Clinical Outpatient- OR Ortho Spine Tower- FT- 1st Shift - Huntsville Hospital Health System

Accountable, in collaboration with the Unit Director, for the clinical operations to include effective management of the clinical and environmental systems within the department. Promotes collaborative practice with other departments and customers. Works with nursing staff, providers, and leadership team to find solutions to difficult human and clinical problems that arise. Must be able to adjust to a rapidly changing environment and assure good communication skills within department and to outside customers.

Education required: Graduate from an accredited school of nursing 

Education preferred: BSN

License, certification and/or registration: current Alabama or Multistate nursing license required. BLS and NRP certifications required.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of charge nurse experience preferred

Additional skills/abilities: Strong customer service and communication skills required.
